Coach Responsibilities * Create team goals for the season * Be a positive role model for the team * Focus on sportsmanship, teamwork, and soccer skills * Communicate key dates, events to team * Ensure protective equipment worn at practices and games Team Manager Responsibilities
* Maintain team roster – names, telephone, address, emails, etc. * Notify players/parents of uniform try-on dates. * Maintain team schedule (practices, games,snack duty, tournaments) * Coordinate end of the season celebration * Coordinate team picture day Special Events Committee * Work on team special projects * Participate in organizing the Club Fundraiser * Assist in organizing Season Ending Celebration * Work on team special projects Board Member Expectations * Attend monthly meetings on a regular and consistent basis * Contribute ideas and suggestions to the growth of the club. * Commitment to a 2 year term.
